Can you help put a Viet Font in the photo discussions? It would help all Viets living in Vietnam to share their ideas, and for us too. Writing in Vietnamese without diacritics is confusing.

I tried for a couple of hours last night but could not code the gallery to accept Viet's typing.
For now, everyone can download the VPS key to their computer and use it for typing Vietnamese on the gallery, that's what I currently do.

To download, click on the link below. This download link is from our site.

After downloading it to your computer, please unzip it and click on the file call VPSKEYS.EXE and it will show up as an icon on the lower right corner of your computer. Click on that icon and it will look like illustration 1

Now, check the box for Viet Nam and then click on Kỹ Thuật
When you click on Kỹ thuật, it will show something similar to illustration 2. Choose unicode and change all the typing numbers so that it look exactly like illustration 2 shown. Now, you can type Vietnamese on the gallery.

this software has conflict with English word that have double vowels such as "look, see, etc" so you need to designate a character on your keyboard for "nút thoát" to override it.

I use a back slash like the one you see on illustration 2. So every time I type the word "look", I will have to type the \ before the second "o" like this: lo\ok.

What will happen if you click Kỹ Thuật and choose VNI, instead of Unicode?

You can not type it with VNI selected on this VPSkey. The writting come out funny.

Please don't forget to click OK after you choose "unicode".

This one is for use in the gallery only. If you need one to use with yahoo email, let me know.

Well, actually, you can also use this in the yahoo email but only if the person who receive the mail has certain vietnamese font installed on their computer otherwise they won't be able to read it.
